    Just moved to Boerne and while we were out enjoying the Market Days, decided to check out the boutique. Unfortunately, I couldn't get any assistance. We walked through the entire boutique without being greeted once. I found a pair of boots I wanted to try on, but no one was around. I walked up to the register with the display boot and all 3 ladies were helping one customer. I waited patiently and just as she was about to leave, another woman came up and they proceeded to ring her up. I said excuse me a couple times and couldn't even get an acknowledgment. So I took the boot back and started to leave when I saw one of the ladies straightening up some clothing. I walked up to her and said excuse me and she walked away. I have no idea why I couldn't get any service, but they lost a permanent customer today. My daughter was very upset and was shocked at the treatment. It's an upscale boutique and I was wearing a dress with my hair up. No reason for them to think I wasn't a paying customer. I'll never step for in there again.
