- Kathleen GouldNov 14, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Requires an act of God to get a drivers license coming from out of state even though I had one before moving and was in the system. Had to return 3 times to retrieve documents when dealing with 3 different people. When I objected on the 2nd time, I was referred to a pamphlet that was under a stack of douments. The person was rude and overtalked me walking away.The 3rd time was successful and the lady was polite and helpful which as it should be. It is easier getting a passport then a drivers license.
